Community Guidelines for Àbulę
At Àbulę, we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members of our virtual homeschool co-op. These guidelines are designed to ensure that everyone feels safe, valued, and supported. By participating in Àbulę’s community, you agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from community spaces or other appropriate actions.
1. Respectful Communication #
Communication should reflect the values of kindness, inclusivity, and mutual respect. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming space, we have strict guidelines regarding language and behavior.
- Vulgar Language and Offensive Speech:
Vulgar, profane, or obscene language is strictly prohibited on our platform, including in private and secure areas of our social network. This includes any form of hateful speech, discriminatory remarks, and content that could be deemed offensive, harassing, or harmful to others. Use of such language will result in account suspension, with possible permanent banning for repeated offenses. We reserve the right to review and act upon any content that violates this policy. - Hate Speech and Harassment:
Hate speech, including any form of verbal abuse, racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, or any behavior that targets or marginalizes individuals based on their identity or beliefs, will not be tolerated. Any member found engaging in hate speech or harassment will face disciplinary actions, up to and including permanent removal from the platform. - Reporting and Blocking:
If a member is repeatedly blocked or reported by a significant number of other users, their account may be reviewed for removal. In such cases, we will assess the situation, taking into account the nature and frequency of the complaints, and may block or suspend their account to maintain a safe and harmonious environment for the rest of the community. - Constructive Dialogue:
While we encourage open dialogue and the exchange of ideas, it must be conducted in a civil manner. Personal attacks, inflammatory comments, or attempts to provoke or escalate conflicts will not be tolerated. We encourage members to express their views respectfully, even when they disagree with others. - Moderation and Enforcement:
Àbulę’s moderation team works to ensure that all interactions within our community are in line with these standards. We ask all members to support the team’s efforts by reporting violations and remaining patient as we investigate and resolve issues. Any member who fails to adhere to these guidelines may face temporary or permanent suspension of their account, depending on the severity of the violation.
2. Inclusivity and Diversity #
- Embrace and respect the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives within our community.
- Be open to learning about other cultures, religions, and viewpoints, especially as we promote multiculturalism and anti-racism in our curriculum.
- Avoid any form of discrimination or exclusion based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality.
3. Safe and Supportive Environment #
- Harassment, bullying, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
- If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please report it to the Àbulę team immediately.

- Do not post content that is offensive, obscene, violent, or illegal.
